Matalco Inc. is an ISO 9001:2000 certified, independent company engaged in the remelt and manufacture of aluminum billets for the extrusion industry. It is owned primarily by the principals of Triple M Metal Inc., Canada's largest processor of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Matalco’s remelt plant, situated in Brampton, Ontario, is located nearby Triple M Metal, assuring Matalco customers a stable and ready supply of billet by way of a ready and continuous supply of high-quality aluminum scrap. The plant itself is 110,000 square feet, and is located on fourteen acres just north of highway 407. The plant’s capacity is 200,000,000 pounds of primary aluminum billet, with available land to double that capacity to meet future market demand. The plant supplies extruders in Southern Ontario, Quebec and North-Eastern United States.
